1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Botswana Gate platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.

2. Nature of Service

Botswana Gate is an immigration consultancy and facilitation platform. We assist applicants in preparing, compiling, and submitting applications to the Botswana Department of Immigration & Citizenship. We are not a government agency and cannot guarantee the outcome of any application.

3. Client Obligations

• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in all applications.
• You are responsible for ensuring all documents submitted are genuine and properly certified.
• You must notify us promptly of any changes to your circumstances that may affect your application.
• Submission of false or misleading information may result in application rejection and/or legal consequences.

4. Fees & Payments

• All service fees are quoted in Botswana Pula (BWP) and are inclusive of 14% VAT unless stated otherwise.
• Government submission fees are separate, VAT exempt, and payable directly to the relevant authority.
• Service fees are non-refundable once processing has commenced, regardless of the application outcome.
• Fast Track surcharges are non-refundable under any circumstances.

5. Processing Times

All processing timeframes provided are estimates based on typical government turnaround times. Botswana Gate is not liable for delays caused by the Department of Immigration & Citizenship, system outages, or other factors outside our control.

6. No Guarantee of Approval

Approval of any visa, permit, or citizenship application is at the sole discretion of the Government of Botswana. Botswana Gate makes no guarantee of a successful outcome. Our service is limited to facilitation and submission.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform, including text, logos, graphics, and data, is the property of Botswana Gate and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Botswana Gate's total liability arising from any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the service fee paid by you for the specific application in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Botswana. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Botswana.
